Today is the last day of 2016.   We all have those friends or family members who say they have a New Years Resolution, or “New Year, New Me” but they never seem to pull through.  They make excuses, never find time, and just stay the same, just as if there was no new year to start over with. 

Well, I say, if you want change to happen in your life, you need to start with YOU.  Starting at the root is the best place to start.  And don’t give up! Never give up!  Walt Disney never gave up, and now look at all the success even after his death!  The man left a legacy.  We should all be like Walt Disney.  Don’t just say it, Do it.  Be the change you want to see.  Make this year the year you’ll follow your dreams.  Pursue your desires and wishes.  And don’t stop.

I must admit, this year was my worst year.  I’ve had some pretty depressing moments in my life, but nothing in comparison to this horrid year.  So, for me, I am so glad this year is ending.  For some of you, this year may have been the best, and for others, you may have had it like me.  This year has been a huge roller coaster.  Losing friends, family, jobs, close relationships, and much more.  But, this does not mean I have given up hope for the new year.  No sir, I have so much hope that 2017 will turn out for the best. 

So, I wish you all a very Happy New Year.  Don’t give up hope.  Stay strong, and pursue those dreams of yours.  I believe you guys can do it.  You know deep down you can to.  It all starts somewhere.  So why not start here?  Why not start now?
