On Valentine’s Day, Marvel Studios announced the full cast of the Fantastic Four and the internet was finally at peace not seeing new rumors at every turn. However, today The Hollywood Reporter announced that the film is getting a new writer in the form of Thor: Ragnarok and Black Widow scribe Eric Pearson. The studio is still searching for characters and actors who can carry its universe after the exit of Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans and hopefully, it’s the Fantastic Four . READ: ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ to Get a New Title Pedro Pascal is playing Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby ( Napoleon ) is playing Sue Storm/Invisible Girl, Joseph Quinn ( Stranger Things ) is playing Johnny Storm/Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach ( The Bear ) is playing Ben Grimm/The Thing. Filming is expected to start later this year. Fantastic Four has been written by Avatar scribe Josh Friedman. Matt Shakman ( WandaVision ) is set to direct.
