Guess it really was ‘Agatha’ all along… Nearly 3 years ago, it was revealed that a solo spin-off series centering around Agatha Harkness was in the works at Disney+. While it was originally titled Agatha: House of Harkness, the name has changed several times since. Soon it was retitled to Agatha: Coven of Chaos . Then it was renamed again to Agatha: Darkhold Diaries . Today, we can report that the name has changed for what will probably be the last time. \ Now, the series is simply titled Agatha . At least, according to the official Disney+ website. Is Marvel doing this on purpose? Absolutely. But the most fascinating part is that we don’t know why. The latter is rumored to play the series’ antagonist. WandaVision writer, producer, and showrunner Jac Schaeffer serves as writer and executive producer on the spinoff. Schaeffer has an overall deal with Marvel Studios and is also developing a Vision spin-off Vision Quest .
