Disney destinations are always renovating and improving for their guests. From attractions, resorts, and dining, there is always something new and exciting to look forward to. This year, Disneyland has and will continue to offer new experiences for guests. Including three new dining experiences at Downtown Disney. 

While Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen has been serving up delightful dishes for many years, it has recently undergone some changes. From the beautiful theme, new menu items, and even a name adjustment, this restaurant will still serve the food that guests have come to love. The new name, Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio, will also feature some new and exciting desserts! 

The updated menu for the newly renovated location will offer a variety of items that will transport you to the French Quarter of New Orleans. From Gumbo LA-LA to Grilled Open Face Lobster BLT Po-Boy, you will not be disappointed in this exciting new menu. Also being featured on the new menu will be Lobster and Crawfish Sliders and Reef and Beef (a shrimp and ribs plate). 

A favorite of most guests visiting Disney Park, beignets, are also being served just to the left of Jazz Kitchen Coastal Grill & Patio. Here you will find Beignets Expressed! They are serving up traditional beignets, and a few with a new twist! Some of the specialty flavors you will find will bring you right back to your childhood. Fruity Crunchy is a delightful cereal that most kids love and placed on top of a beignet, it doesn’t get much better than that. Other choices like Bananas Foster, Snickerdoodle, and even a monthly specialty option. 

Are you looking for something a little more grab and go? Try Clyde’s Hot Chicken. This brand new chicken cart located in Downtown Disney offers three different types of chicken: naked, which has no spice, Clyde’s Original, which has mild spice, and Hot As Cali, which has a blend of cayenne and habanero spices. 

The final new addition to Downtown Disney this year is The Alley. While it is a new location, it is not necessarily a new restaurant. The Alley will be an additional outdoor patio area for Splitsville, the bowling alley. The new addition will feature seating, games, live music, and the option to order food from inside Splitsville.
