A Michigan appellate panel on remand Thursday reversed its rulings that said the state treasurer’s audits of Disney and a restaurant company didn’t pause the statute of limitations to demand unclaimed property from them, but the treasurer’s appeal of the case to the state Supreme Court remains pending.
