After a world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023, “Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds” will begin streaming on Disney+ in the spring of 2024. The documentary follows famous video game auteur Hideo Kojima as he and his team create the game “Death Stranding,” which was released in 2019, via his new independent studio. Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds “Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds” is directed and filmed by Glen Milner and produced by Ben Hilton. According to Variety, the 60-minute film includes appearances by George Miller, Guillermo del Toro, Norman Reedus, Nicolas Winding Refn, Grimes, Woodkid, Chvrches, Mamoru Oshii, Shinji Mikami, and Shinya Tsukamoto.
